Everything we do now is geared toward being healthy and keeping track of our weight and exercise.  About four years ago I purchased a Jawbone Fitness Tracker.  I purchased this tracker because my company paid most of it and we were using it to try to get into shape.  This tracker was not very good, it kept breaking and was replaced several times by the company then the company finally went out of business and opted for Samsung gear fit 2 pro smart watch fitness band

I went onto Amazon and began searching the fitness trackers that were affordable and would fit my needs.  I found a samsung gear fit 2 pro.   The first reason I chose this device was because I have a Samsung Galaxy Cell phone and I knew it would be compatible. 

This watch it very sleek and attractive in design.  The watch can be worn with anything dressy or casual.  Here are the features of the Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro Smart Watch Fitness Band:

1.  The face of the watch can be changed with each face showing the steps taken, calories burned, floor climbed and blood pressure.
2. The steps taken daily, and a weekly report is given for exercise.
3. Whatever exercise you are going to do, you can set the exercise and customize the screen to match what you want.
4. If you are a swimmer, there are ways to customize the watch for that exercise. 
5. The watch has a timer and stopwatch.
6. There is an option to keep your schedule, find your phone, count calories, caffeine consumed, water consumed and the weather. 
7. There is the ability to track how you slept and how you slept for the week.
8. This watch also keeps track of your blood pressure and pulse. 
9. Notifications from your cell phone, emails, text messages.
10. Compatible with Android and I phone.
11. Water resistant up to 50 meters.   

I only take mine off to charge it, the charge last about two days, shorter if you have a lot of notifications.  I wear mine all the time even when showering. 

Of the two fitness trackers I have owned, this is the one I love and will always wear. 

A charger is usually included with the watch but it not you will have to purchase one because that is the only way to charge the watch. 

Amazon has several sellers that sell it for an affordable price.
